To celebrate our 55th Anniversary, we’ve created giving levels that reflect this milestone. Every donor contributing $550 or more will receive a personalized engraved brick in our new Donor Patio, leaving a lasting legacy at the ELC. The Giving levels listed below apply specifically to the March 8th fundraising event, but we encourage donors to consider these giving levels through the Oct 3-4 celebration weekend.

2025 Anniversary Celebration Dinner Packages
All dinner reservations include a meal and an evening of fun and celebration.
Individual Package: $50 includes entry into event, 1 meal ticket, one general raffle ticket and one Salsalicious raffle ticket
Couple Package: $80 includes entry into event, 2 meal tickets, 2 general raffle tickets and 2 Salsalicious raffle tickets
Family Package: $80 + $20 for each additional family member which includes entry into event, meal tickets, general raffle tickets and Salsalicious raffle tickets- also youth 16 and under will be entered into a youth drawing
Raffle Ticket Packages
$100 Raffle Package: Purchase by early bird date of March 1st and receive $250 in raffle tickets and 5 Salsalicious Raffle Tickets
$250 Super Raffle Package: Includes $550 in raffle tickets and 10 Salsalicious Raffle Tickets
Additional Notes:
All donors over $550 (which includes: Stream Explorer, Whitewater Adventure, River Journey and Summit Expedition levels of giving will receive an engraved brick in the Donor Patio.
Exclusive St. James Special Dessert is available for donors at the River Journey and Summit Expedition levels.
Early Bird Special: Donors who commit before March 1st, receive a special limited-edition ELC 55th Anniversary Gift.
